SPRING CLEANING CHECKLIST

Spring cleaning works best with a plan. Use this room-by-room checklist to make decluttering manageable, then schedule a pickup and let Doctor Junk Removal haul away everything you’re ready to part with.

Closets & bedrooms: Sort clothing, shoes, and linens into keep, donate, and toss piles. Check under beds and in dressers for items you forgot you had. Old mattresses, broken furniture, and worn-out bedding are all things we take.

Garage & storage areas: This is often where clutter accumulates the most — broken tools, old paint cans, unused sports equipment, and boxes that never got unpacked. Set aside anything you haven’t used in over a year.

Kitchen & pantry: Clear out small appliances you no longer use, mismatched containers, and expired pantry items. Old microwaves, toasters, and other small appliances can be hauled away along with everything else.

Attic & basement: These spaces collect holiday decorations, old furniture, and boxes of memorabilia. Go through what’s still worth keeping and set aside the rest for pickup.

Yard & patio: Broken patio furniture, old grills, and yard debris can all be included in your spring cleanout.
