Home Cleanout Newport Beach, CA

Emptying an entire house is a different job from hauling one couch out of a living room. Furniture, closets, a garage full of beach gear and a kitchen nobody has fully unpacked in years all have to go, usually before a hard date. Therefore, the job needs a plan rather than a weekend. Households on the city CR&R residential contract can schedule up to five free bulky item pickups each year, with up to five items per pickup. That works well for a couch or an old washer. However, a full cleanout runs far past twenty-five items. Instead, our crew clears the house room by room and loads everything onto the truck in one visit. First, you point out whatever stays. Next, we handle the carrying, the stairs and the tight parking. Finally, we sweep up so the place is ready for cleaners or photographers. Home cleanouts start at $125, and the code JUNKFREE takes $20 off.
